We understand every family’s need to privacy. Therefore, all pets are received by appointment only. Please note that euthanasia is not performed at our office, appointments are for deceased pets only. Use our convenient online scheduling tool below or call our office at 801-561-3278. If you need to change or cancel an online appointment we ask that you call our office at 801-561-3278.
Step 1: Pick a date and available 1 hour time slot from the clickable calendar. You can book up to 30 days in advance. Click “Continue”. Please note that euthanasia is not performed at our office, appointments are for deceased pets only.
Step 2: Tell us your name, email, phone number and some basic info about your pet.
Step 3: Pay your $20 deposit to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be applied to your service. Deposit is non-refundable for missed appointments. See Return Policy for details.
Step 4: Click “Confirm” and watch for an email confirming your appointment.
If you need to make an after-hours appointment, please call our office during business hours.
