We offer 3 levels of pet cremation services:

No Ashes Returned

In this option, your pet is cremated in a dignified way with no ashes returned. This service cremates multiple pets in a Communal Cremation process and ashes are spread by Family Animal Services on private property.

Cremation Services

Ashes Returned

In this option, your pet immediately receives a numbered ID tag and is cremated with more than one pet in the cremation chamber, but the remains are kept separate and are never co-mingled. The tag is included in the urn when it is returned. Some pet owners choose this option because it is less expensive than Premier Private cremations. We guarantee that you will receive the ashes belonging to your pet.

Private Cremations include an urn and engraving. Upgraded and special order urns are also available.

Ashes Returned

In this option, your pet immediately receives a numbered ID tag and is in the cremation chamber alone. The tag is included in the urn when it is returned. We guarantee that you will receive the ashes belonging to your pet. Some pet owners choose this option in order to feel absolutely certain that they receive the ashes belonging to their pet.

Premier Private Cremations include an urn and engraving. Upgraded and special order urns are also available.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Many families have special requests for their beloved pet. Requests have included such things as adding special objects to the cremation; separating ashes into more than one urn; or combining ashes with a previous pet’s ashes. Please feel free to discuss your personal desires with our staff.

URNS FOR PREMIER AND PRIVATE CREMATIONS

Premier Private and Private cremations include a high-quality standard urn. Urn upgrades, and special order urns are available upon request. Each urn comes with customized engraving, or a gold or silver laser plate with three lines of engraving. Additional engraving lines can be added. Some owners prefer to have ashes returned in biodegradable urns or velvet bags which are also available.

Private Consultation - Free

When you know the time is coming and would like to begin making arrangements, please feel free to visit our facility. The loss of a pet is never easy and imagining life without your beloved companion is hard to imagine. We are always happy to help you make arrangements ahead of time to ease the transition. Please feel free to call or make an appointment to discuss your service options with our trained pet service counselor.

Viewing of Pet

We maintain a private Grieving Room where families can spend a few private moments in a final farewell to their pet. These few moments can provide a sense of closure. There is no additional charge. In some situations, a family finds peace of mind by observing the pet as it enters the cremation chamber. Our Grieving Room has a viewing window for this purpose, and arrangements must be made in advance so that our normal schedule can be altered. An additional fee applies.

Same Day Return of Ashes

There are times when it is important or necessary to complete a cremation immediately. With a little notice, we can arrange a same day Premier Private Cremation for your pet. An additional fee applies.

Home Transportation Services

Upon request, a member of our staff will pick up your pet from your home during business hours and transport it back to our facility in a discreet and sanitary vehicle. An additional fee applies.

Cremation of Exhumed Pets

Some families bury their pets and later decide that a cremation fits their needs better, such as a situation where a family moves to a new home and they wish to take the pet remains with them. These pets can be cremated with certain special handling requirements. An additional fee applies.
