We are pleased to provide a discreet pickup service that meets your need, whether it’s every day; twice a week; once a week; or on-call as needed.

Although the loss of a pet is a difficult experience, we work with you, as a clinic, to ensure that your clients receive the absolutely best care and respect for their pets, and that they receive quality memorial products. We can accommodate most special requests, so feel free to ask. All services available on a retail basis are also available to our wholesale clinics. We also offer a grieving room, free of charge, where your clients can take time to say goodbye, as well as tips on our website for grieving the loss of a beloved pet.

At every moment, from pickup to return, we track the pets placed in our care through an ID tracking system so your clients can feel confident that they will receive the ashes of their pet. At any point along the way we can update your client on the status of their pet and where it is in the pet cremation process.

We have a large selection of urns, engraved items, jewelry and other memorial products that can be personalized. When we have questions about instructions, we call you directly for clarification. Our staff is available to train your staff on our services, and our catalog of memorial items is available on-line for your ease in reviewing.
