Return Policy

Appointment Deposit

A $20 deposit is required to schedule an appointment for pet cremation. This deposit will be refunded during the payment process for the cremation service. Four-hour notification of an appointment cancellation must be received to avoid no-show fees. Any clients that no-show for a pet
cremation appointment, forfeit the $20 deposit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect all items upon pickup at our office or upon delivery to your home. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact Family Animal Services immediately. We will correct any issues caused by Family Animal Services at no charge. We will correct any issues not caused by
Family Animal services by charging the appropriate fee.

Shipping

Family Animal Services charges a flat $35 fee to send cremation products and memorial products to your home. This fee is non-refundable.

All Sales are Final

Other than items noted above, all sales are final. Family Animal Services is committed to ensuring all items are correct, and we will make exchanges to correct issues whenever feasible. No other refunds are provided.
